Sony Music, forging alliance with ibis is bringing live musical experiences through ibis Music. Providing new-age local artists and bands with a platform to perform, connect and showcase their talent, the duo is promoting a cultural movement across India. The global partnership involves hosting multiple live gigs in 17 countries, promoting ibis’ passion for music. In India, the journey started from Gurgaon with band Akasa, ibis music is now coming to Navi Mumbai with Indian alternative rock band ‘The Yellow Diary’
TYD is a five-member music collective with a sound that can be best defined as alternative rock. The all-men band’s artists come from diverse backgrounds, nevertheless, have a solitary thing in common – their passion for music. With a blend of electronic music and rock, the band is billed as a composition powerhouse, widely lauded by top artists such as Vishal Dadlani, Papon, Warren Mendonsa, Ranjit Barot and Raghu Dixit.
